A Community of Practice is more than just a meeting—it’s a space where people with shared challenges come together to learn, collaborate, and create meaningful change. It could be a series of interactive workshops for educators strengthening culturally responsive and trauma-informed teaching, a collaborative project designing family partnership strategies, or an ongoing leadership circle guiding school and nonprofit leaders in building sustainable systems.
