I’m Jay Butler, founder of Edjaycation Solutions—an organization committed to helping schools, families, and community-based groups build stronger, more connected communities. With over a decade of experience in education, leadership, and care work, I bring a collaborative approach rooted in culturally responsive, restorative, and inclusive practices. Through my COLAB Model, I support teams in developing systems that are community-centered, accountable, and built to last.
I’ve served in many roles—youth minister, special educator, foster and adoptive parent, sister, friend—and each has taught me the power of perspective, partnership, and people-centered leadership. Whether through coaching, training, or strategic planning, I’d love to walk alongside you as we turn ideas into action and build something that truly lasts.
